Dr. Lila began his academic journey in Calgary, AB, before relocating to Winnipeg, MB, where he delved into the study of Microbiology. He then pursued advanced education in Toronto, ON, completing his chiropractic training at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he graduated with clinical honors and earned a spot on the Dean’s List for academic excellence.
Dr. Lila’s approach to care is evidence-based and diversified, incorporating manual therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted manipulation, myofascial release therapy, and various other techniques to help patients achieve optimal health and function.
He has a particular interest in supporting individuals with complex conditions, pain, and dysfunction. Additionally, Dr. Lila is passionate about providing ergonomic coaching to office workers and those in labor-intensive fields and trades.

To prepare for his career, Jaime graduated from MaKami College’s massage therapy program in June 2024. For him, the most fulfilling part of being an RMT is witnessing the positive changes in his clients’ well-being after each treatment.
